Terms and Conditions
All items hired by Little Big Things are hired on the following conditions.
The letters must be returned back in the condition they were received in. The letters must be handled with care at all times.
Unless agreed by Little Big Things, all letters/numbers are for indoor use only.
All prices quoted that say delivery and collection included are based on collection the following day or before 10pm. If a late night collection is required this is an extra charge.
Little Big Things will use the data given to us to produce your order.
We will not share this information with any other third parties. However, may contact you from time to time by email with new offers. If you do not wish to be contacted please email us on the below address and we will ensure you are removed from our mailing list: email@example.com
COLLECT & RETURN
With the ‘Collect & Return’ option, we ask for a £200 cash deposit upon collection which is immediately refunded back to you when you return the items in the same condition in which they left in.
Failure to ‘Collect & Return’ will result in the full monies retained from your deposit.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure the hire items.
Our items are unique and one of a kind, therefore once you have booked them, we can’t offer them to another client. Please note in any case of cancellation our deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations within 7days of the event will be charged the full amount.
The final balance is due at least 7 days prior to your event date or earlier if you wish. Please note all money paid up front is non-refundable and acts as your deposit. Cancellation after your booking has been made will incur a percentage fee of the total paid.
Less than ONE year 50% of the amount paid
Less than SIX months 75% of the amount paid
Less than TWO months 100% of the amount paid
Please note this does not effect your statutory rights and are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period from the date payment was made.
While we will do our best to accommodate any changes with your booking we cannot guarantee that your hire items will be available for your new date. Please get in touch with us directly regarding any postponed events so that we can check availability for you.
Bank Transfers are preferable, but Paypal is also an option.
